This is Daboma Jack, and he’s got a message for you

Daboma Jack has been all over the Maltese (and some international) news for reasons I don’t want to delve into, simply because this article is written for a different purpose. Yet it is when I heard him speak in an interview on the news that I just had to get in touch with this man. There was something about him that intrigued me – the peace in his voice and the way he so easily shook off any negativity… all he cared about was sending a message of love.

For those who don’t know Daboma, he’s a Chemical Engineer currently doing his Masters in Management here in my home country, Malta. On the side, he’s also a very musical human being who has been singing professionally since 2009.

Daboma and his family came over to my house for a few hours where we had a fun photoshoot and I recorded him singing a song he wrote two and a half years ago which couldn’t be shared at a better time.

In this shoot I tried to capture Daboma the dreamer; the visionary; the survivor; and the happy man that he is. I also took some shots of Daboma with the three people who inspire him and support him in everything he does, his beautiful wife and two adorable kids – who seem to be following his footsteps in the musical career.

Without further ado, here are the expressions I got from Daboma and his family.
